Job title: Service Delivery Manager
You will take overall responsibility for the delivery of our generalist advice services across several channels including face to face, outreach, telephone and email.
This includes ensuring we have sufficient resources to cover our commitments and ensuring training opportunities are available to maintain good quality of advice standards.
You will be responsible for the line management of our advice session supervisors, supporting them to deliver high standards of accessible advice services.
Location: London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames
Salary: £31,000 – £41,000 depending on experience + pension contribution
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: permanent
